Lodi, NJ. The Jilson Group is proud to introduce new PA6 nylon wheels which are durable, lightweight and support even the heaviest loads. The PA6 wheels perform well under severe conditions and always look good because of their solid white nylon construction.

Due to the durable, one-piece composition, the PA6 wheels will not crack or split. The PA6 wheels are tremendously strong and they are lightweight, too. They roll and swivel easily due to the low coefficient of friction of the nylon material used, yet they support very heavy loads and, they won’t mark or damage your floors. These virgin nylon wheels are less brittle, have a greater resistance to shock load and abrasion and are more durable than wheels made of recycled material.

One feature that sets these wheels apart from the competition is their milky white color, the natural color of virgin nylon. Many other nylon wheels are made of gray or black recycled material. As cleanliness is imperative in many applications, quite simply put, its easier to see dirt on a milky white colored wheel than on a gray or black wheel. Furthermore, the white colored wheels are more attractive.

PA6 wheels have an operating temperature range of -25°F to +195°F. For short periods of time, they can be used in temperatures up to 265°F. Jilson also has specially designed temperature-resistant nylon wheels which operate in temperatures of up to 325°F, allowing these wheels to be used in higher temperature environments.

PA6 wheels withstand extraordinary conditions in the workplace - such as in wet or corrosive environments - without compromising their performance. These wheels work very well in washdown applications while they are resistant to most chemicals, including solvents, salts and alkalis. Since the wheels do not absorb water, they can be steam cleaned time and time again. It’s the solid virgin nylon material and our hub design that allows the PA6 wheels to carry the heaviest loads and to perform well in corrosive environments.

Jilson’s PA6 Nylon Wheels are available in a full selection of both inch and metric sizes. The wheels can be supplied with sleeve or roller bearings - or without a bearing, if preferred. Many wheels can be fitted with Delrin, stainless steel, or carbon steel sleeve bearings and stainless steel or carbon steel roller bearings.

You can count on Jilson for a great set of wheels…because we go to extremes to make things move.
