Jilson is pleased to introduce a new line of central-locking casters from Steinco, designed for lighter weight, cost-sensitive medical applications.  The caster housings are molded from nylon (PA-6) for excellent resistance to corrosion, quiet operation and modern appearance.  All feature dual ball bearing swivels for easy pivoting under load. 

These casters are available in 3” twin-wheel configuration (Series 828) with wheel brake, where low mounting height and superior mobility in a confined area are primary considerations.

Where equipment is moved over longer distances, the single wheel Series 858 with total-locking brake and Series 859 which adds a directional locking feature, can be specified in a choice of 4” or 5” wheel size.  Plain bearing or ball bearing wheels can be specified with thermoplastic rubber or polyurethane tire materials, depending on your specific design requirements.
